Pay:

As a Staffing Specialist with Hillcrest Caring Companions, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure clients receive consistent, compassionate care by keeping schedules running like a well-oiled machine. compliance Monitor and manage overtime, keeping usage within target thresholds Track shift bonuses, attendance trends, and staffing needs What should I have to be considered? At least 2 years of scheduling experience in a home care or in-home setting Prior caregiver experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Why this role stands out: This isn't just scheduling.
