In this vital role, you will orchestrate the seamless scheduling of caregivers to ensure our clients receive compassionate, timely, and personalized care. Your proactive communication and organizational skills will help foster trusting relationships with clients and caregivers alike, creating a positive environment where quality care thrives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a dynamic, supportive setting Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and adjust caregiver schedules to ensure all private duty shifts are filled with qualified, compatible caregivers. Match caregivers to clients based on skills, personality, location, and client preferences to support long‑term continuity of care. Respond quickly to caregiver call‑outs, emergencies, and last‑minute schedule changes, using strong problem‑solving skills to maintain coverage. Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally to caregivers and clients. Maintain accurate scheduling records in WellSky software, including availability, time‑off requests, shift confirmations, and client changes. Monitor caregiver attendance and reliability, escalating concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Coordinate new client starts, ensuring caregivers are assigned promptly and care begins smoothly. Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to support retention, satisfaction, and Nova Leap's commitment to compassionate care. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy. Support compliance with Nova Leap policies, client care plans, and state regulations. Be able and willing to cover a client shift when no replacement caregiver is available, ensuring continuity of care and client safety. And other duties as assigned. On‑Call Assignment Responsibilities Participate in Nova Leap's on‑call rotation as assigned. Respond to caregiver call‑outs, client concerns, and schedule disruptions occurring outside regular business hours. Document all after‑hours schedule changes and communicate them to the office team the next business day. Follow Nova Leap's protocols for emergencies, escalation, and documentation. Maintain professionalism, calmness, and strong decision‑making while handling time‑sensitive situations. Be able and willing to cover a client shift when no replacement caregiver is available during on‑call hours, ensuring continuity of care and client safety.
