Job Description
About Us VSL is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to supporting and sustaining high-quality sober living environments through our network of Chartered Operators and homes. We are a growing organization focused on operational excellence, accountability and meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Position Overview The Addiction Recovery Support Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the structure, safety, and day-to-day operations of a sober living home. This position supports both residents and leadership to ensure a stable, respectful, and recovery focused environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and attend weekly house meetings to ensure consistency and resident engagement Conduct random drug screenings and room searches in accordance with program standards Oversee move-ins and conduct first-time guest orientations Perform weekly home visits to check in with residents, ensure chores are completed, and maintain overall home condition Address and resolve conflicts within the home, both independently and in collaboration with the Support Manager Assist with daily operations, including maintaining organization, accountability, and overall home structure Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records Work alongside the Operator to uphold expectations, policies, and standards Remain on-call as needed to support residents, vendors, and urgent matters Qualifications Must live within one hour of Claremont, NH Experience in addiction recovery-oriented experience Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable, dependable, and able to follow through on responsibilities Comfortable working independently in a recovery housing setting Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism What We Offer Meaningful, community-focused work Flexible, part-time schedule Opportunity to grow within a mission-driven organization Hands-on experience in sober living operations If you're looking to support a program that creates real impact in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
