Onsite -Hudson, NH SHIFT:
1st Shift (7:30 AM - )Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods inventory to support on-time customer deliveries.
- Create and maintain production plans, material requirements, and ERP system updates.
- Review MRP requirements and coordinate material availability with production demands.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to support scheduling and material flow.
- Monitor key performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory levels, and process improvements.
- Communicate priorities across departments to ensure production and customer commitments are met.
Required:
- Experience working as a Master Scheduler, Production Planner, or similar planning role.
- Background in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
