LOCATION

Hudson, NH SHIFT:
1st Shift (7:30 AM - )
Responsibilities:
  • Manage production schedules, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods inventory to support on-time customer deliveries.
  • Create and maintain production plans, material requirements, and ERP system updates.
  • Review MRP requirements and coordinate material availability with production demands.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to support scheduling and material flow.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory levels, and process improvements.
  • Communicate priorities across departments to ensure production and customer commitments are met.
Required:
  • Experience working as a Master Scheduler, Production Planner, or similar planning role.
  • Background in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
