Job Description:

Create, maintain, and update clinical staff schedules; coordinate shift coverage, including call-outs, open shifts, and last-minute changes Educate Clinical team members on proper time-off requirements Educate the clinical team and new hires on how to navigate the scheduling system, including but not limited to picking up and dropping off shifts.

Requirements:

Strong computer skills Exceptional customer service skills Experience with OnShift scheduling platform preferred
