Home Care experience is required ! Hiring Caregivers (Completing Paperwork) Staffing/Scheduling Caregivers with/to Assigned Patients Document all notes in the software Calling caregivers/patients to verify attendance Report and document any incidents to Management Maintain accurate schedule in the software Follow the guidelines and compliance implemented by Zenith Home Care Agency. Motivated to resolve and manage matters related to patients and/or caregivers Keeps schedules up to date with team member changes and communicates any changes in schedules including weekend coverage, holiday coverage, and all vacation coverage; Upload Documents in the software. Update Daily activities to Supervisor. Send Email/Fax to client Insurance. Demonstrates excellent customer service through telephone etiquette and timely response to emails/correspondences Performs other duties as needed Must have strong communication skills and be motivated and determined to grow our office We are looking for a team player who can work well with others and independently Must be proactive and flexible. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office.
