Role Description The Sample Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing samples, including logging, labeling, tracking, and organizing all sample garments and related materials. The Sample Coordinator will coordinate sample requests with design, production, and sales teams; prepare samples for meetings and ensure accurate documentation of sample status. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining orderly sample storage areas, monitoring sample inventory levels, updating tracking spreadsheets, and arranging shipments to buyers. The role also involves communicating timelines, resolving discrepancies in sample counts or specifications, and supporting other operational tasks to keep sample workflows running smoothly. Qualifications Strong Sample Management skills, including tracking, logging, labeling, and handling of garment samples. Effective Communication skills Solid Organization Skills Proficiency in MS Office Previous experience in apparel, fashion, or product coordination is preferred. High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work on-site full time in New York, NY.
