Job Description

Production Scheduling Coordinator Compensation:
$55,000-$60,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Structure Are you highly organized, results-driven, and energized by keeping operations moving at a high level? North Jersey's leading home remodeling company is hiring a Production Scheduling Coordinator to manage scheduling, customer communication, and operational coordination across our installation and service departments. This position is critical to company performance and customer experience. What You'll Own:
Scheduling Coordination Schedule all customer installation appointments Coordinate all service appointments and follow-up visits Build and distribute weekly schedules for project managers and installation crews Maintain scheduling accuracy while balancing efficiency and customer satisfaction Customer Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling and service updates Communicate target delivery dates and material updates with customers weekly Handle incoming customer communications regarding new service requests Deliver a professional, personable, and confident customer experience over the phone Operations & Tracking Track ordered materials and service parts to ensure projects stay on schedule Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, project managers, and field teams Report weekly installation projections and scheduling updates to management Identify scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks proactively and help resolve them quickly What We're Looking For Highly organized with exceptional follow-through Strong sense of urgency and accountability Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture Confident and professional phone presence Customer-service minded while remaining decisive and execution-focused Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment Strong communication skills across customers, crews, and leadership Experience in scheduling, operations coordination, customer service, production coordination, or home services is highly preferred. Experience with spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and operational tracking tools is a major plus.
