Job Description

What We're Looking For We are looking for a bright, driven, and resourceful team member who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of their work. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage daily operations, identify inefficiencies, leverage AI and automation, and help improve the way our business operates. Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with Fishbowl Inventory, Shopify, QuickBooks, or similar business systems preferred. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Claude Code. Strong computer and technology skills. Ability to learn new software quickly. Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks. Mindset & Culture Think outside the box and continuously look for ways to improve processes. Use technology and automation to eliminate repetitive work. Take initiative and identify problems before they become issues. Work well with warehouse, sales, customer service, and management teams. Be willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities. Our Philosophy Work Hard. Learn More. Earn More. Have Fun. We believe team members should be rewarded for growth, initiative, and results. The more value you create through improved processes, automation, customer service, and operational excellence, the more opportunities you will have to grow within the company.
