You will drive operational efficiency by managing financial documentation, coordinating with shop floor leadership, and overseeing essential administrative processes to support our team's success. Responsibilities Oversee daily facility operations, including supply procurement, correspondence management, and professional front-office reception. Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, including processing work orders and tracking job travelers to ensure timely fulfillment. Facilitate clear communication between production supervisors and clients regarding project status, priority shifts, and delivery timelines. Execute financial administrative tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bookkeeping using accounting software. Generate essential documentation such as quotes, shipping manifests, and certificates of conformance to maintain quality standards. Support human resources initiatives, including employee onboarding, record maintenance, and ensuring facility-wide safety compliance. Required Skills 5+ years of administrative or office management experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Hands-on experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and fundamental accounting principles. Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. Preferred Skills Associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field. Prior experience utilizing ERP or specialized shop management software. Familiarity with technical manufacturing concepts such as blueprints, material specifications, and machining tolerances.
