Job Description

Homecare Scheduling Coordinator Location:
Monsey, NY Schedule:
Full-Time, In-Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM-3:00
PM Pay:
$30/hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Homecare Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily scheduling operations and ensure patients receive the care and support they need. The ideal candidate will have prior homecare scheduling experience and be comfortable coordinating between patients, home health aides, and internal staff. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate homecare visits while ensuring proper coverage and timely service. Communicate regularly with patients to address needs, concerns, and scheduling updates. Monitor home health aides' schedules, attendance, and visit compliance. Ensure aides are arriving on time, clocking in/out properly, and completing assigned visits. Follow up on missed visits, scheduling issues, and staffing concerns. Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems. Coordinate with caregivers, patients, and management to ensure quality care delivery. Provide excellent customer service and timely communication to all parties. Requirements Homecare scheduling experience required (must have). Experience working with home health aides, patients, and care coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and dependable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer systems.
