Pizza Operations Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food preparation and cooking processes. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Stay updated on menu changes and new offerings to enhance sales opportunities. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in the food industry or café setting. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
