The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, execution and making things happen. The successful candidate is proactive, resourceful and highly organized. They enjoy bringing structure to complexity, following through on details and ensuring important initiatives move forward. They are equally comfortable coordinating a firmwide project, documenting a process, onboarding a new employee or solving a last-minute operational issue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in administrative, executive support, office management or operations roles and is ready to take the next step in their career. The role is designed for an individual who wants to grow into increasing levels of responsibility and operational leadership over time. Key Responsibilities Operations & Process Improvement Assist with the implementation of firmwide operational initiatives, policies and procedures. Document, maintain and improve internal processes and standard operating procedures. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support the rollout of operational improvements. Coordinate operational projects and ensure deadlines, deliverables and follow-up items remain on track. Track action items and support accountability across departments and teams. Maintain project updates, status reports and other operational documentation as needed. Support the day-to-day operations of the Firm, including facilities, vendors, technology and logistics. Assist with employee engagement and firmwide initiatives. Draft and coordinate internal communications, meeting materials and follow-up documentation. Support special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the COO and Management Committee. Serve as a dependable operational resource for Firm leadership and staff. About You The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes ownership. They do not wait to be told what to do next. They notice gaps, ask thoughtful questions, follow through consistently and take pride in producing high-quality work. They enjoy being the person who keeps things organized, moving and under control. They are detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture and are comfortable working with individuals at all levels of an organization. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in operations, executive support, office management, administration or a related role. Professional services experience preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working independently with limited oversight. Strong technology aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and standard business applications. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information with discretion.
