We are looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to join the US team in Teaneck, NJ. This role will serve as a key facilitator in ensuring efficient execution of daily operations within the Delivery & Support Department. This position involves coordinating various operational tasks, supporting departmental initiatives, and facilitating collaboration and communication across teams to optimize productivity and achieve organizational goals and objectives A day in the life and how you'll make an impact: Our Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for parts and shipping logistics using our ERP, while maintaining ongoing communication with clients and field engineers in a changing environment Manage field team's travel and expense budgets, and be the POC for any travel or logistical team need Generate quotes and sales orders while ensuring the ongoing progress of each to maintain high service level Serve in a pivotal role owning communications with customers through Salesforce, Slack and other systems while managing ticket queue, and team's workflow Work closely with the operations department to ensure replenishment activities and streamlined supply chain of the Delivery & Support team's needs Support product development and research initiatives by assisting with planning, resource allocation, communications with the R D and engineering teams, and monitoring project progress Assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvements, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years proven experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or a similar role. Great communication skills, including effective communication with clients over email. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively in a high paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Suite, ERP system, Salesforce, and project management systems (Asana, Monday or similar) Actively promote a culture of positivity, resilience, and optimism through words, actions and behaviors Ideally, we're looking for: A producer in heart and actions.

Compensation:

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000.
