JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in monitoring the work of clerical personnel engaged in greeting and assisting patients with scheduling appointments. In doing so, ensures work is completed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Monitors work flow and recommends more efficient/effective methods of daily protocols. Responsible for maintaining the schedule, mailing laymen term letters, sending prior mammography exams to Secure View and assisting with scheduling breast biopsy exams as well as other clerical tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of previous work related experience plus three months or less of on the job training and orientation. Requires the ability to gather and interpret data in situations where the information or problems are not overly difficult or complex.
