Job Description
Southwest Capital Bank has proudly served New Mexico since 1890. With six branches across Central and Northern New Mexico, we support local businesses, entrepreneurs, and families every step of the way. We are looking for a Senior Deposit Operations Specialist for our Albuquerque office. This is an in-office position. The Senior Deposit Operations Specialist oversees day-to-day deposit operations, including ACH/EFT processing, digital banking, debit card services, legal processing, and fraud monitoring. This role serves as a key resource for the team, helping ensure transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in deposit operations, banking operations, or ACH/EFT processing. Strong knowledge of banking transactions and operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with legal processing (subpoenas, garnishments, levies). Knowledge of NACHA rules and regulatory requirements. Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews.
