The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Developers, and Construction Managers to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 Lead schedule development efforts for engineering and construction projects Monitor project progress against baseline schedules Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis Conduct resource loading, cost loading, and manpower analysis Evaluate schedule impacts and support recovery plan development Prepare monthly schedule reports and project updates Facilitate schedule review meetings with project stakeholders Coordinate scheduling activities across multidisciplinary project teams Qualifications 5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience supporting engineering and construction projects Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate project status, risks, and schedule variances to management Preferred Experience Renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery storage) Transmission and substation projects Utility-scale construction projects Power generation or industrial infrastructure projects
Pay:
$70.00 - $105.00 per hour
