Overview Solarlink Group Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized recent graduate to join our team as an Office / Operations Coordinator at our solar module manufacturing facility in North Las Vegas. This entry-level position is ideal for new graduates who are interested in operations, manufacturing, business systems, logistics, or administrative coordination within a fast-growing clean energy company. The role will support daily office and operational activities, including data management, report preparation, document organization, and coordination between office, warehouse, production, and management teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, office software, operational records, and cross-department communication in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Support daily office and operations coordination Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and internal records Perform accurate data entry and assist with internal system updates Organize and maintain documents, files, forms, and operational records Assist with production, inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or delivery-related records Coordinate information between management, office staff, warehouse, and production teams Review documents, reports, and records for accuracy and completeness Assist with scheduling, internal communication, and follow-up tasks Support basic ERP, inventory, or operational data updates as needed Help identify and correct data inconsistencies in reports or internal records Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee, vendor, or operational information Perform other office and operations support duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with spreadsheets, records, numbers, and internal systems Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace Good organizational and time management skills Good communication and coordination skills Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions carefully, and complete tasks independently Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred Educational background in STEM, business analytics, information systems, operations, supply chain, engineering, mathematics, or related fields preferred Internship, campus project, or part-time experience in office, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or administrative environments preferred Experience with ERP systems, inventory systems, or operational reporting is a plus Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Skills Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Data entry and record keeping Report preparation Office administration Operations coordination ERP or internal system updates Document organization Cross-department communication Attention to detail Time management Confidentiality and professionalism
