Field Operations Specialist (Plumbing & HVAC)

THE MISSION

WorryFree Home Services is not a "handyman" outfit. We are a high-performance property protection firm on a trajectory to dominate the Buffalo market and expand nationally. We are looking for an Operator—not a laborer—who specializes in the installation, repair, and maintenance of critical plumbing and HVAC systems.

You are expected to master your craft and lead others as we scale to 20+ trucks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plumbing Execution:

Perform full-spectrum residential plumbing tasks, including drain cleaning, pipe repair/replacement, water heater installs, and fixture upgrades.

HVAC Operations:

Diagnose, service, and install heating and cooling systems. Ensure peak efficiency and property protection.

Site Management:

Read blueprints, manage materials, and maintain a clean, professional job site that reflects the WorryFree brand.

Technical Reporting:

Use company systems to document work, track parts, and communicate clearly with the home office

REQUIREMENTS

Proven Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in Plumbing or HVAC (Both preferred).

Certifications:

Valid Driver's License (Required).

OSHA 10/30, EPA

Universal, or Journeyman card (Highly Preferred).

Physical Grit:

Ability to operate in crawlspaces, basements, and all weather conditions.

Punctuality:

If you are "on time," you are late. We start at the bell.

$28.00 - $45.00 per hour
