This position will help manage our rental fleet, assist customers with their rentals, and assist the Service Advisors in their day to day tasks. 8:30am
  • 5:30pm, Monday
  • Friday Pay Range:
    $18
  • $22/hr
Responsibilities:
Manages the rental fleet including: rental inventory, maintenance schedules, guest rental paperwork, etc. Assists with our pickup and delivery service for customer vehicles. Research customer care concerns and repair statuses. Follow up with Service team members on open action items. Works empathetically with customers to resolve concerns. Researches and helps close open repair orders. Ensures all complete repair orders have all necessary documentation included prior to scanning and filing. Ensures that all calls are handled in a timely and effective manner with a focus on excellent customer service. Follow up with Advisors and Service Manager on outstanding customer concerns. Serves as backup to Service Advisors as necessary. Assists with inventory and internal Repair Order management including opening dispatching and closing repair orders. Remains knowledgeable about our current procedures and products. Follow up on email inquiries in a timely manner. Helps manage communications for other service team members via established lines of communication. Answers inbound phone calls and makes outbound calls. Sets and confirms appointments. Scans and files. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Skills:
A multi-tasker who can provide excellent customer service. Advanced ability to display empathy towards customers. Problem solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer contact experience required. Empathetic and patient personality. Proficiency with technology. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills:
Automotive experience. Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or administrative. Previous scheduling experience.

Physical Requirements:
The ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. The ability to regularly traverse areas throughout the dealership. The ability to perform repetitive motion tasks such as typing on a keyboard, iPad, or writing on documents. The ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
