Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Front Office Administrator to join our growing restoration team. This role is essential to the daily operations of our company, serving as the first point of contact for homeowners, insurance carriers, adjusters, and field staff during fire, water, mold, and reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication and coordination are key. Duties Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers Scheduling and coordinating mitigation and reconstruction jobs with homeowners Communicating with technicians, project managers, and insurance companies Entering moisture readings and job documentation in third party administration programs Learning and working within Xactimate and Symbility software Managing emails, job files, and daily administrative tasks Providing excellent customer service during stressful situations Requirements Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred-but willing to train the right person. Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and eager to grow with our company.

Pay:
