$65,00 to $70,000 annually Seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator for local nonprofit to provide high-level support to executive leadership while helping drive organizational effectiveness, Board governance activities, fundraising administration, and agency-wide operational coordination. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with discretion, and enjoys supporting mission-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level administrative and operational support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, reporting, presentations, and strategic initiative tracking. Coordinate Board of Directors, committee, and leadership meetings, including agendas, materials, meeting minutes, governance records, and follow-up activities. Support fundraising and donor relations efforts through database management, donor communications, sponsorship tracking, event coordination, and campaign reporting. Assist with organizational operations, special projects, HR administrative functions, onboarding coordination, personnel documentation, and agency-wide communication initiatives.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Three to five years of administrative, executive support, nonprofit operations, or organizational coordination experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, virtual meeting platforms, and database systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations. Experience supporting executive leadership, Board governance, nonprofit operations, donor databases, fundraising systems, or CRM platforms preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities independently. Valid New York State Driver's License required.
