HVAC Service & Operations Coordinator We are a growing, family-oriented HVAC company seeking a reliable and motivated Service & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our daily operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage all incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Schedule service appointments and coordinate daily dispatching of technicians Collect payments when necessary and ensure accurate documentation Promote and sell service agreements to customers Schedule and manage upcoming service agreement visits Follow up on parts orders and communicate updates with customers Register warranties for all newly installed equipment Prepare and organize permit paperwork for upcoming jobs Training & Support We believe strongly in setting our team up for success.
