Dental Scheduling Coordinator

Dental Scheduling Coordinator Long Island Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a full-time Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills to help provide exceptional patient care and keep our schedule running smoothly.

Rocky Point, NY Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Managing daily and future schedules efficiently Collecting patient payments and processing transactions Verifying patient information and maintaining accurate records Coordinating with clinical team to optimize patient flow Assisting with general front desk administrative duties Providing excellent customer service to all patients

Qualifications:

Prior dental front desk / scheduling experience preferred Min 3 years Knowledge of dental scheduling software Eaglesoft a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
