Are you an organizational rockstar who loves event planning and helping people succeed? We are seeking a Learning & Onboarding Operations Specialist to champion the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, contractors, and early-career program participants. You will ensure new team members have the tools, systems access, and community support they need to succeed from Day 1.
Manage hardware logistics, IT setup, and software system access so new hires hit the ground running.
Event & Logistics Management:
Plan and execute dynamic orientation sessions, training workshops, and networking events (including room bookings, catering, tech setup, and materials).
Early-Career Program Support:
Coordinate cohort rotation administration, communications, tracking, and surveys for program participants.
Process Improvement:
Maintain program trackers, document standard workflows, and identify ways to scale and optimize training operations. Qualifications Experience in onboarding coordination, training logistics, or program administration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with standard office productivity, collaboration, and data tracking tools.
salary:
