Operations Specialist responsible for onboarding coordination, early-career program support, training logistics, systems access setup, and administrative operations. Job Requirements Experience in onboarding, HR operations, learning and development, program coordination, or employee experience Experience managing onboarding activities for employees, contractors, or early-career program participants Experience coordinating systems access, equipment setup, training assignments, and onboarding communications Experience supporting program operations, rotations, and employee data maintenance Experience with HRIS systems Experience using Microsoft Office tools Experience maintaining trackers, distribution lists, process documentation, and onboarding resources Experience supporting training events, orientation sessions, or learning program logistics Ability to manage multiple onboarding and program coordination tasks within defined timelines Preferred Skills Workday experience Early-career development program support experience Training event logistics experience Orientation planning experience Experience maintaining onboarding websites or internal resource pages Experience supporting process standardization and operational improvements Experience coordinating equipment, systems, and administrative readiness for new hires Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding for employees, contractors, and early-career program participants Coordinate Day 1 readiness, including equipment, systems access, training assignments, and communications Support early-career program operations, onboarding, rotations, and HRIS data maintenance Plan and execute orientation sessions, training events, and learning program logistics Maintain onboarding resources, internal websites, trackers, distribution lists, and process documentation Coordinate administrative support for onboarding and learning operations Track onboarding completion, training requirements, and process status Maintain accurate program and employee data in Workday or related systems Support recurring program cycles, training schedules, and onboarding timelines Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding readiness and learning program execution Standardize onboarding and learning operations processes Support process improvements across onboarding, training, and program coordination activities
Pay:
