Overview Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Centralized Scheduler will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health's Meadows CCBHC Program.

00 per hour. Responsibilities The Centralized Scheduler position will greet each patient cordially and professionally in person and on phone. Responsible for scheduling patient individual and medical sessions. Maintain clinical and medical staff "will call" and "back-fill" lists and schedules accordingly. Confirm status updates of patient appointments. Performs Quality Assurance activities. Participates in program administrative and clinical committees as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma required/Associates degree preferred. One year employment experience in the Medical Records or Human Services field An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for the educational requirements Knowledge and understanding of the federal confidentiality laws relating to populations served Good oral and written communication skills Sound judgment and cultural competency Proficiency with basic computer applications Ability to perform duties independently
