This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate transaction execution within SAP while supporting logistics, inventory tracking, and overall operational efficiency. You'll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to help maintain smooth, safe, and compliant operations while keeping customer orders moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Execute and manage transactions within the SAP ERP system Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery Monitor and manage inventory levels and accuracy Maintain proper documentation and record retention Coordinate shipments with common carriers and logistics partners Act as a liaison between operations and internal teams regarding order fulfillment and shipment status Support vendor coordination and maintain strong working relationships with external partners Assist Operations Managers and Supervisors in driving daily plant activities What We're Looking For Experience in warehouse or plant operations Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems Understanding of inventory management and logistics processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners Preferred Qualifications Prior experience coordinating freight or carrier shipments Familiarity with compliance and safety requirements in a plant environment Experience supporting operations leadership or supply chain teams
