Available Opportunities:
Surgery Scheduler:
Coordinate surgical and GI procedures, balancing physician block time, anesthesia availability, and patient needs at our Surgical Hospital.
Imaging Scheduler:
Manage radiology exam scheduling, verify provider orders, and ensure all pre-exam requirements (authorizations, blood work, etc.) are obtained.
Referral Scheduling Specialist:
Act as the vital link between patients and internal/external physicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
Choose Your Work-Life Balance:
All positions are Full-Time, Monday
- Friday with no weekends and no holidays.
Imaging:
8:30 AM
Surgery:
8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM. Referrals (The Best Part): You choose your shift! Pick the start time that fits your lifestyle: 7:00 AM
- 3:30 PM | 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM | 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM | 8:30 AM

PM Core Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination:
Schedule procedures and exams accurately while providing exceptional customer service.
Data Integrity:
Update patient demographics, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain electronic medical records (EMR/Meditech).
Communication:
Manage high-volume incoming and outbound calls to physician offices and patients.
Compliance:
Ensure all scheduling processes meet regulatory standards (OSHA, ODH, TJC, etc.) and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
Preparation:
Gather necessary clinical information, surgical paperwork, or patient preps prior to appointments.
Qualifications:
Education:
Training in medical terminology, office administration, and computer skills.
Experience:
Prior medical scheduling or medical receptionist experience is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a professional medical environment.
