Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Effectively coordinate installations, field service, and warranty service. Point of contact for sales and customers for scheduling service and installations. Provide parts, upgrades, and demand service to customers. Occasional travel may be required.
Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant parties in a timely manner Monitor calendars, timelines, and deadlines to ensure projects and tasks stay on track Prioritize scheduling conflicts and resolve issues efficiently Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance scheduling efficiency and workflow Review and ensure completeness of trip reports with field service personnel. Provide scope of work and relative documentation necessary to complete service tasks. Work closely with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize ERP system and maintain databases. Work closely with inner company departments to help resolve customer issues. Handle calls regarding delivery or expedition of parts and service visits. Provide service quotations, monitor consumed days, revise proposals as necessary. Provide after sales parts quotations to customers and sales. Strive to maximize overall performance to customer needs and expectations as well as our Customer Service department KPIs. Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience required. Excellent communication skills including active listening and highly organized. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships with field service technicians/engineers and customers. Experience with scheduling & logistics a plus. Must be a self-starter dedicated to continuous improvement.
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
