What You'll Do:
Providing excellent customer service and communication to patients, families and staff Manage high call volume while maintaining attention to detail and productivity Scheduling patients to their availability and provider preference Respond to referrals, urgent situations per protocol Make decisions independently

Required Experience:
Health care industry experience as a Medical Assistant or equivalent Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility.
