Outpatient Procedure Scheduler - Multi-Site Practice

What You'll Do:

Own the scheduling process for complex pain management procedures, ensuring precision in timing, provider coordination, and patient preparation . Leverage eClinicalWorks (eCW) to manage scheduling workflows, documentation, and data accuracy. Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, prior authorization staff to confirm procedure details, preoperative requirements, scheduling. Streamline scheduling for a wide range of procedures within interventional pain management. Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize insurance authorizations for seamless patient experiences. Serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, prior authorization staff, guiding each step of the procedure scheduling process.

Types of Procedures You'll Schedule:

Interventional Pain Management:

Epidural Steroid Injections (ESIs)

• Lumbar, cervical, and thoracic regions Facet Joint Injections & Medial Branch Blocks
• Used for spinal pain management Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
• Targeting nerve pain Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)
• Implantable pain management therapy Nerve Blocks
• Including sympathetic, occipital, and trigeminal nerve blocks Kyphoplasty & Vertebroplasty
• Minimally invasive spinal procedures Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems
• Pain pump implantation Peripheral Nerve Stimulation
• Neuromodulation techniques

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Experience scheduling complex procedures in interventional pain management, ambulatory surgery centers, or inpatient settings .

Required:

Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW) for scheduling and workflow management. Strong knowledge of insurance authorizations and regulatory compliance. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume clinical setting. Proactive communicator with outstanding collaboration abilities across clinical and administrative teams.
