Appointment Setter

50/hr + Bonuses and Commission! EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus is expanding—and we're looking for motivated, high-energy talent to grow with us! We're on the hunt for a Full-Time Appointment Setter in Hilliard, OH who's a strong communicator, thrives on meaningful conversations, and is driven by results and rewards. What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and schedule in-home appointments Handle inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads Support telemarketing campaigns and assist with lead generation Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries confidently Collaborate with the team to improve call strategies and boost performance
What We're Looking For:
Clear, confident phone presence Outbound Calling experience is a MUST Previous customer service or telemarketing experience preferred Energetic and positive attitude Reliable transportation to our Hilliard office Must be able to pass a criminal background check
