Efficient Job Description:

The Operations Support Associate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes but is not limited to: Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials Picking and filling orders from inventory Packing and shipping or delivering orders Prioritizing activities based on schedules and business needs General maintenance of workplace, warehouse equipment and vehicles Facilities and grounds maintenance Materials recycling Assisting with project management and administrative tasks as needed Job Requirements Valid Driver's License Able to obtain and maintain DOT certification Able to lift 50bs Able to safely use ladder/lift equipment such as extension ladders, step ladders, scaffolding, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc Able to work indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions Able to perform regular data entry for inventory, work orders, etc Quickbooks, Quick Base, Outlook, Office 365 The ideal candidate will have prior Warehouse, Operations, Quickbooks, or Lighting/Electrical experience and be able to prioritize and manage a wide range of different daily activities. Applicants must be able to work well with others in a team environment and have excellent communication skills. Normal work hours are usually 7AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday. The warehouse is NOT climate controlled. It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
