Job Description

Job Summary We are a growing contract screen printing and embroidery shop seeking a dependable Invoicing & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role responsible for handling high-volume daily invoicing while also supporting receiving, inventory verification, and shipping. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office work and hands-on tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Invoicing & Administrative Process high-volume daily invoices with speed and accuracy Verify order details, pricing, and quantities before invoicing Communicate with production team to confirm job completion Maintain organized and accurate records Notify customers of any defected garments and next steps to fulfilling orders Receiving & Inventory Receive incoming apparel and materials Match receiving reports to purchase orders (POs) Count and verify sizes, styles, and quantities Report and communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies Shipping & Production Support Pack and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time Assist with labeling, boxing, and preparing shipments Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse area Support production team as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable balancing speed and accuracy Basic computer skills (invoicing systems, spreadsheets, email) Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive Previous experience in invoicing, warehouse, or production is a plus What We're Looking For Detail-obsessed — small mistakes matter in this role Someone who takes ownership and double-checks their work A team player willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable switching between desk work and hands-on tasks Pay & Benefits $18-$24/hour (based on experience) PTO 401(k) with Company Match % Stable, year-round work Growth opportunities within the company Positive, team-focused work environment Why Join Us?
