MANAGER / USED VEHICLE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Our GM dealership is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the flow and management of our used vehicle inventory from acquisition through front-line readiness. This position plays a key role in helping maintain inventory efficiency, vehicle merchandising, and coordination between departments to ensure vehicles are market-ready as quickly as possible. Primary Responsibilities Assist with used vehicle purchasing and inventory acquisition Follow purchased vehicles through the service and reconditioning process Coordinate with service, detail, and photography departments Monitor vehicle status and ensure timely lot readiness Maintain organized inventory tracking and vehicle flow Review auction lists and assist management with purchasing opportunities Help ensure vehicles are properly merchandised online and on the lot Support overall used vehicle operations and inventory management Qualifications Automotive dealership experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of used vehicles and dealership operations is a plus Self-motivated with strong follow-through Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail What We Offer Competitive compensation Growth opportunity within dealership operations Established dealership with strong reputation Supportive team environment Opportunity to play a major role in inventory growth and efficiency This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within automotive operations and used vehicle management.
