Now, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, OK . What You'll Do As the key link between our customers and service team, you'll: Schedule deliveries and service jobs with precision. Keep customers informed and happy through excellent communication. Route service technicians to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Process invoices, warranty claims, transfers, and payments. Balance priorities with professionalism, positivity, and patience. Collaborate with department managers as needs shift throughout the day. What We're Looking For Monday-Friday availability, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Storis, Dispatch Track, POS software experience a plus). Quick learner with great multitasking skills. Knowledge of local geography & streets (bonus points if you know Tulsa well!). Professional, reliable, and customer-focused. Ability to stay cool under pressure while keeping things moving smoothly.
