Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Expedite orders by coordinating between the kitchen stations to ensure timely delivery of hot and cold items Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food handling, portioning, and plating to ensure consistency and quality in every dish Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks during busy service periods Communicate effectively with servers, management, and team members to ensure smooth service flow Uphold high standards of customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and feedback Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or expediting roles is desirable Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with culinary procedures, serving practices, and hospitality standards enhances your fit for this role Join us and bring your passion for culinary excellence to life!
