Material Control Specialist Compensation:

$32 - $34 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Coordinate material procurement for projects Gather material cost and delivery information Prepare requisitions for materials and equipment Serve as liaison between design, materials management, and construction site Monitor progress of equipment and material procurement Assist Material Management in expediting project schedules Resolve problems associated with material delivery Administer material control documents Manage vendor drawings and technical data

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or Accounting 0-2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry Strong material coordination and administrative skills Excellent communication and liaison skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Experience in project management or procurement Knowledge of engineering project cycles Familiarity with vendor quotation processes
