In this energetic position, you will support various facets of warehouse management, transportation planning, inventory control, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with supply chain management activities, including procurement, sourcing, and category management to optimize purchasing strategies. Support inventory management and inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels across multiple warehouse locations. Coordinate warehouse distribution operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling to ensure timely order fulfillment. Contribute to transportation management by assisting with transportation planning, fleet management, freight coordination, and dispatching. Utilize warehouse management systems (Shopify) data entry, tracking, and reporting purposes. Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing logistics efficiency, reducing costs, and streamlining warehouse operations. Support demand planning and supply chain analytics efforts to forecast needs accurately and optimize inventory turnover. Qualifications Proven experience or familiarity with warehouse experience, materials handling, or logistics operations is highly preferred. Strong understanding of supply chain concepts such as procurement, freight forwarding (including NVOCC), shipping & receiving, and order picking. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret logistics data for process improvements. Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus but not required. Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and demand planning tasks.
