Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented scheduling professional to develop and manage complex project schedules for large-scale construction initiatives. Our team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can drive alignment across multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and manage detailed, fully integrated schedules using Primavera P6 for large construction projects. Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, forecasting, and critical path analysis while preparing reports and dashboards for project teams. Facilitate schedule review meetings, collaborating with engineering, construction, and cost controls to resolve scheduling conflicts and risks. Support change management processes, claims analysis, and time impact assessments, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of project scheduling experience focused on large-scale construction projects. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong understanding of construction sequencing and project controls. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
