We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Coordinator to support a local entrepreneur with multiple businesses and real estate holdings throughout the Portland area. This is not a traditional administrative role. You'll serve as a trusted right hand, helping oversee property-related operations, coordinate vendors and contractors, support business initiatives, manage systems and software, and keep day-to-day operations running efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Support ownership with administrative and operational projects Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance providers, and service partners Assist with property management activities across multiple properties Track leases, renewals, maintenance requests, and property-related documentation Maintain organized digital records, files, and reporting systems Manage calendars, appointments, and project timelines Assist with process improvements and operational efficiencies Research solutions, gather information, and help drive projects to completion Serve as a communication hub between ownership, tenants, vendors, and business partners Utilize technology and software platforms to streamline operations and reporting What We're Looking For Previous property management experience strongly preferred Experience working in an administrative, operations, executive assistant, or coordinator role Working knowledge of property management software, preferably Buildium Oregon Property Manager License is highly desirable Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based business applications Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality What Makes Someone Successful in This Role You are resourceful, organized, and proactive. Location & Schedule Hybrid position Must reside within the Portland Metro area Occasional local travel to properties, vendors, or business locations may be required Compensation Competitive compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, property management background, software expertise, and licensing credentials.
