Job Description

We're not hiring an assistant. We're hiring the person who runs the machine. One of the top-performing real estate teams in the Lehigh Valley, is looking for a Director of Operations to help scale to the next level. About Us We are a fast-growing, high-performance real estate team affiliated with Coldwell Banker Hearthside, focused on driving results through systems, accountability, and execution. We generate a high volume of leads and opportunities — and we need someone who can take full ownership of operations, conversion systems, and performance tracking. What You'll Do This role is about execution, accountability, and results.
You will:
Own and manage all operations across the team Oversee lead flow, routing, and follow-up inside Follow Up Boss Ensure speed-to-lead standards (5-minute rule) Track and report key performance metrics (daily/weekly) Hold agents accountable to follow-up and activity standards Build and improve systems, and workflows Oversee database organization and automation Support onboarding and training of new agents Work directly with leadership to implement growth strategies Who This Is For This is for someone who: Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments Loves building systems and making things run better Is detail-oriented but also big-picture driven Can hold people accountable (without hesitation) Takes ownership — not just direction Wants to grow into a true leadership role Who This Is NOT For Someone looking for a low-stress or "task-based" admin role Someone who needs constant direction Someone uncomfortable with accountability or performance metrics Qualifications Experience in operations, project management, or real estate (preferred) CRM experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple moving parts at once Data-driven mindset (you track what matters)
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
