Role Summary In this role, you will support a fast-paced, growing organization by handling a wide range of administrative and office coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and dependability, along with strong communication and multitasking skills. You will serve as a key liaison for busy executives and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent communication across the organization. This role is well suited for someone with a positive, "can-do" attitude who thrives in a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities Manage all incoming phone calls and provide backup coverage for other office locations; route calls to appropriate team members as needed Develop and distribute clear, consistent messaging to support integrated internal communications Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing VP of East Coast Operations and the Director of Manufacturing, including but not limited to: Preparing and submitting expense reports Scheduling meetings Assisting with travel requests Handling confidential information Completing other assigned administrative tasks Work closely with the Berwick Leadership Team and the Executive Administrative Manager; provide support to visiting team members from other office locations as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guests, interviewees, and other visitors to the Berwick office Track, receive, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages Partner with the IT department to assist with office equipment and related supplies (e.g., copier, toner, printers) Manage office supplies and amenities, including coffee, water, and general office inventory; coordinate ordering as needed Coordinate meetings, including conference room bookings, catering arrangements, setup (and occasional pickup), and post-meeting breakdown Conduct daily walkthroughs of conference rooms to ensure spaces are neat, organized, and ready for scheduled meetings Provide additional administrative support to other departments and office locations as needed Support company events, monthly employee engagement activities, and special initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Administrative Manager Qualifications Minimum of 5-6 years of administrative or office coordination experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and handle complex communication Highly detail-oriented, organized, diplomatic, and tactful Proven ability to multitask, work with urgency, and remain flexible Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality Position Details This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Berwick office. The role reports to the Executive Administrative Manager at the company's headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. Required reporting hours are 7:00am
  • 4:00pm Monday
  • Friday Additional Information The Pay Range for this position is $19
  • $23 per hour.
