Your mission and outcomes Uptime guardian: Lead preventive/corrective maintenance for EBM/SBM blow molders, conveyors, packers, and automation.
Technical detective:
Resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults using hand/power tools, multimeters, and PLC interfaces. Problem‑solver: Research unfamiliar issues, adapt quickly, and apply advanced troubleshooting methods. Teacher & teammate: Train maintenance colleagues and collaborate closely with production to boost efficiency.
Documentation pro:
Ensure thorough shift handoffs, complete end‑of‑shift reports, and keep CMMS (MaintainX) records current.
Improver:
Support installs, upgrades, and process refinements across the line.
Safety first:
Follow LOTO, GMP, and PPE policies and model safe behaviors.
Clear communicator:
Explain issues to both technical teammates and the operations team. What you'll need to thrive 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance. Strength in mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems. Proficiency reading manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Hands‑on experience with mills, lathes, grinders, welding, and general fabrication. Familiarity with CMMS platforms and PM scheduling. Self‑directed, proactive approach; team‑oriented mindset.
