Full Job Description Job Description:
The Railyard Operations Coordinator will assist the Terminal Manager with the daily administrative responsibilities of the transportation and transloading facility. This position will be located at our Bethlehem, PA facility. At Bulkmatic we know what it takes to make a successful company, and it all starts with our team of employees. Pay:
$23 per hour + overtime when needed We offer a full benefit package including: medical, dental and vision insurance; paid vacations and holidays; 401K with employer match; life insurance with supplemental short and long-term disability; direct deposit and credit union available. Future opportunities for promotion or relocation within the company available for successful job performance.

Job Requirements:
Major Responsibilities:
Maintaining inventory using a variety of different inventory systems Creating BOLs and assisting drivers picking up deliveries Creating production schedules and adjusting as needed according to customer demands Directing associates on daily tasks to meet daily production goals Organizing and reviewing driver's paperwork Tracking and ordering raw materials and office inventory Processing and submitting vendor invoices for payment to Accounts Receivable Communicating between Terminal and other company departments Answering phones and filing terminal paperwork SAP and inventory management Perform railcar inbound and outbound inspections within required timeline Report facility observations and report any non-conformances to management.
Experience Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent computer and typing skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong customer service skills Ability to effectively communicate by email Valid driver's license Ability to verify past 8 years of work or education history At least 3 years of administrative office experience
Education Requirements:
2 year college degree preferred
