May 15, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Home Care 1715 North Penn Hall Drive Chambersburg, PA 17201, USA Job Details Description Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience The Client Services Coordinator provides essential administrative and scheduling support to the Home Care Department to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality client services. This role supports the Community Care Manager in day-to-day operations, including coordinating caregiver schedules, managing communications, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients and caregivers. The Client Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and timely service delivery in a service-oriented environment.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, required Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant, scheduler, or office support role, preferably in a home care setting. Experience managing complex scheduling and coordinating staff coverage. Experience providing front-line customer service to clients, families, and team members. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, scheduling, payroll, billing, and electronic documentation systems; ability to quickly learn new software platforms. Ability to work effectively in a high-demand, service-oriented healthcare or office environment. General understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
