Nursing Scheduler

Nursing Scheduler Grove City, PA | Full-Time | In-Person At Orchard Manor , we are seeking a dedicated and organized Nursing Scheduler to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our long-term care facility, you will play a vital role in coordinating direct care nursing staff and ensuring efficient scheduling operations. About the Role Orchard Manor is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents, and we are looking for a Nursing Scheduler who shares our passion for delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a 3-week rolling schedule for all nursing staff, managing vacation scheduling, and tracking call-offs, tardiness, and early departures. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a 3-week rolling schedule for all nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, and CNAs) for State Inspection compliance Manage vacation scheduling for all nursing department staff Receive and document call-offs during working hours; coordinate replacements when the Nursing Staffing Coordinator is absent Track call-offs, tardiness, and early departures to support corrective action by nursing leadership Monitor overtime in the nursing department, including union volunteer overtime hours and sign-up/call-out sheets Communicate effectively with staff, management, and other departments Perform other duties as assigned Schedule Day shift | 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday Weekends as needed Requirements Associate degree (Preferred)

Long-Term Care Scheduling:
