Radiology Service Commercial Operations Associate PURPOSE This role provides essential operational support to the U.S. Service, Clinical, and Sales organizations, enabling efficient execution across Commercial Operations and Field Service activities. The position is responsible for managing OEM order processing and quoting, monitoring contract and preventive maintenance obligations, and maintaining accurate asset location data. In addition, the role delivers critical reporting and invoicing to support effective field service execution in partnership with OEM and national account stakeholders. The position also plays a key role in supporting and sustaining the Commercial Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities include system maintenance, coordination of Field Service training and recertifications, upkeep of training curriculum content, and ongoing compliance and audit-ready reporting. Through these efforts, the role helps ensure operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous workforce development across the organization.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accountable for accurate order management activity with large-volume customers (OEM and national account) including reconciliation of new and expired contracts
  • CPQ quoting aligned with national pricing agreements.
  • Manages service inboxes for contract, preventative maintenance (PM), and FSE support.
  • Generate and distribute required reports to OEM and national account partners summarizing activities including billing, PM compliance and service activity.
  • Manage OEM and national account mobile asset database accuracy.
  • U.S. Commercial LMS (Learning Management System) system administrator activities (i.e. curriculum maintenance, compliance reporting)
  • Coordinates with internal teams and third‑party vendors to upload and deploy SCORM‑based training content.
  • Oversee Field Service LMS recertification requirements including creation, deployment, and completion tracking.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Applications with an emphasis on Excel
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Sales with proven customer management skillset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • High degree of verbal and written competence along with good business judgement
  • Able to manage complexity, demonstrate flexibility, and organize support as needed for the commercial teams
  • Individual must be highly skilled and experienced in dealing with multiple levels of organization both internal and external including personnel field based, external customers, and marketing personnel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience; Medical Device/Pharma Industry experience with a focus on Radiology preferred Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $77,000 - $115,000.
Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant).
